A bit of History, In 2007 Christopher Haring started looking for a solution to curb increasing fuel costs, mainly for his large V8 496 cubic inch truck, which at best would get 10 -11 mpg highway.
This led him to investigate fuel additives, different fuels, and mileage enhancing parts. After deliberate consideration of availability, ease of use, not having to build a distillery, or replacing the engine and of course cost effectiveness, Chris began to investigate alternate fuel systems to enhance fuel consumption.
It was agreed that augmenting the existing fuel with no major modifications to the vehicle would be the most practical and cost effective means to accomplish the goal.

So what would this magical fuel enhancer be? Alcohol, Methanol, Water injection, or Nitrous injection, natural gas, methane, propane or what? all which have to be replenished frequently at a premium cost along with modifications to the engine, and possible long term damage resulting in higher maintenance costs.

Hydrogen was brought up by Chris’s wife June, who said if it works for NASA maybe there’s something to it. So research was conducted with promising results.

Over the next 5 years a non stop building, testing and refining process took place refining the generator and controlling electronics. Over 25+ various generator and core designs along with different material types were built and tested, along with a never ending evolution of the controlling electronics.

Success is in the details – using his own truck as a test bed; Chris has been running the truck for 5+ years using on-demand hydrogen generators successfully and improved gas mileage from 10-12 mpg to 15-17 mpg – with no damage to the engine. A lot of momentum gathered from people who wanted similar results and to make this a commercially viable solution for saving fuel and reducing emissions. Hence a distribution network was established. Initial production began and sales commenced. They worked, but in a short period of time some of the control boards began to falter, and Chris realized additional work needed to be done to make the control boards more comprehensive and refined, even more so than the PLC’s that were modified and tried.

At that point incorporating all that has been learned over the years, a control board must be made from scratch, it must be robust, reliable, software driven, have expand-ability utilizing a modular design allowing for a feature rich platform like no other, and have plenty allowances for future growth planned in. Because all design and engineering took place in house, total control over every aspect of design threw testing enabled us to produce a Extremely reliable, flexible, feature rich control board.

We found that hydrogen was burning the fuel faster and more thoroughly which reduced emissions. Testing the emissions found that a reduction of 50 -80% in hydrocarbons was achieved depending on the amount of hydrogen introduced, and at what times it was entered into the fuel mix.

This all lead to further development, a realization of a need for the hydrogen generators to be made of stainless steel and with the new control boards, A totally commercial, essentially mil-spec systems was ready. They are fully tested and produce consistent levels of hydrogen that are controlled to meet peak performance requirements of today’s sophisticated engines. The control boards permit easy modifications with software to be used in a wide range of markets whether stationary engines, semi-trucks, delivery vans, pickups, or for marine environments.
